These Terms of Service govern your use of wishascentltd.shop and any purchase you make from RITU RANI. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Products and information

We sell digital bathroom and body scales, mechanical keyboards and wireless numeric keypads. We aim to describe every product accurately, including specifications, capacity, compatibility and included accessories. Product photographs are illustrative; small differences in colour, finish or packaging can occur. If a description contains a material error you may cancel the order before dispatch or return the item under our Refund and Return Policy. Products are intended for normal household and office use unless the product page states otherwise.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Delivery charges and applicable GST are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm payment. We may correct pricing errors before accepting an order. If an error is material we will contact you and offer the choice of confirming the corrected price or cancelling the order. Payment is taken when you place the order, and payments are processed by third-party providers, so we never store full card details.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if payment or delivery details cannot be verified, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after payment we refund the amount paid for the cancelled item.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates and shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier delivers them to the address you provided. If you are a consumer, this does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for goods damaged or lost in transit.

Returns and cancellation

Our Refund and Return Policy explains the 30-day return window, return shipping and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Intellectual property

The website, text, photographs, graphics, logos and other content are owned by or licensed to RITU RANI and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, scrape or use our content commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious code, or misuse the store, its content or other customers. We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment providers and couriers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the website. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Before starting legal proceedings, please contact us at info@wishascentltd.shop so we can try to resolve the matter. Disputes may be brought before the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal or the New Zealand courts with jurisdiction, or the court that applies under your local consumer law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Material changes will be announced on the website. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
